Screening includes: A selfie of you holding your government identification and proof of employment. Preferred methods of proof of employment include a link to your LinkedIn or IMDb page, or direct deposit screenshot. Alternatively, you can connect me with at least two providers you have visited in the past. Please include their names, phone numbers, and links to their ads in your introductory message to me. International travel and FMTY will often include both methods of screening. Cancellation policy: >24 hours notice: Deposit may be honored and applied toward a rescheduled appointment within two weeks of the original appointment date.
