SCREENING AND DEPOSIT INFORMATION
I can't wait to spend time with you! In order to proceed with reserving your session, I require screening. Sessions also require a nonrefundable deposit beginning at 20% of the session investment. Screening includes: A selfie of you holding your government identification and proof of employment. Preferred methods of proof of employment include a link to your LinkedIn or IMDb page, or direct deposit screenshot. Alternatively, you can connect me with at least two providers you have visited in the past. Please include their names, phone numbers, and links to their ads in your introductory message to me. International travel and FMTY will often include both methods of screening. Cancellation policy: With at least 24 hours notice: Deposit may be honored and applied toward a rescheduled appointment within two weeks of the original appointment date. Less than 24 hours notice: Considered a no-show and a cancellation fee of no less than 50% of the originally agreed upon donation may be applied Repeated cancellations and reschedules may result in larger deposits or refusal of service. I reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
